Every sewing machine wood base is built with durability in mind and finished to highlight the natural character of the wood grain. Integrated hinges allow easy access for maintenance or wiring, and an optional cubby adds storage for tools, accessories, or notions.

Features
- Handmade, made-to-order craftsmanship. Expect it to take 3-4 weeks to make your base, plus shipping time. Bases for sewing machines being restored by Revive Sewing will be delivered with the finished machine unless you specify otherwise in the comments.
- Custom fit for any vintage or antique sewing machine. We have several models measured in the drop-down. If you don’t see your machine listed, choose “Other model”. We’ll be in touch after we get your order to confirm your measurements before construction begins.
- 7 wood options: premium pine, poplar, red oak, cherry, hard maple, white oak, or black walnut. See the gallery for example pictures of the grain.
- 28 semi-transparent stain finishes from light to dark in a variety of shades. See the gallery for examples. Please note that Black Walnut wood is only available in a natural finish due to the characteristics of the wood.
- Built-in lollipop hinges for easy access to the lower cavity.
- Optional 3″ cubby for foot pedal or notion storage.
- Each base comes with an optional security clip and screw for the front of the base. For machines serviced or restored by Revive Sewing, we will attach that for you before final delivery.
